It's an unfortunate side effect of the items not being added to your inventory until after the loot window closes. The main reason why the game auto-saves is to prevent you from closing/re-opening the game multiple times until you get the items you want (save-scumming).

It's not a bug, you just didn't save the game after receiving the items.

Thanks for the report!

Can you post your team using the clipboard feature in the options menu, please? It might be some random trait that is causing the problem, although I doubt it.

Also, how large are your inventory and stables? I'm thinking the game might be running out of memory to use.

Unfortunately, that definitely means your save file is corrupt and didn't save properly. The game was probably still in the middle of saving data (hence your ultra-slow movement) which caused it to corrupt. I'm very sorry about this. I'm going to look into a way to prevent you from resuming play until the game is 100% done saving - I guess I didn't realize that it could ever take that long to save on PS4 since it's instant on desktop/mobile.

I would like to offer you a full refund of the game via PayPal. I know that won't mitigate any of the frustration you experienced, but at least then you can try out another game instead. If you're interested in a refund, please e-mail me at [email protected]. Outside of that, please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

Knowledge for kills was tripled in this patch.

You were never intended to extract every single creature in every battle. I understand some players did that, but the Knowledge system wasn't ever balanced around that.

The difference between Woe and Sudden Death is that Sudden Death would use the caster's modifiers to determine the damage, while Woe would use that creature's modifiers. Keep in mind class strengths/weaknesses as well.

- ADD: You can now specify the exact number of creatures you want to summon at the Summoning Brazier.
- CHANGE: Amaranths, Abominations, Giants, Devils, and Ravens have new overworld sprites. (Thanks to "Unagio Lucio")
- CHANGE: Steam achievements are now synced automatically when you load your save file. This is useful for players who constantly transfer their save files to/from Steam/mobile platforms. Since this process is now automatic, the NPC in the library that did this for you has been removed from the game.
- CHANGE: Decreased Knowledge gained from extracting creatures, and increased Knowledge gained from killing them in battle. The goal of this change is to prevent players from feeling obligated to extract every creature they encounter, while still maintaining the same overall rate of Knowledge gained as before.
- FIX: "Colony" trait didn't always work as intended.
- FIX: Several cases where the "Diffusion" trait didn't work.

The fact that it's a Daily Realm won't nullify the trait for whatever reason. It's more likely that an enemy is casting a spell right before your creatures gain Invisibility, so the trait isn't activating in that case.
